Pirate Cheer & Dance

Independence Community College has one cheerleading team, and one all girl dance team.

The cheer team, composed of 10 to 18 females, cheers for all home football, men's and women's basketball games and all conference tournaments. The cheer team also makes regular appearances representing the college at Football, Cheer and Dance, soccer, and volleyball games as well as, alumni, athletic, charitable and public relations activities.

The dance team is composed of 6 to 12 females, dances for home football games, and men's basketball games. The dance team also makes regular appearances representing ICC at alumni, athletic, charitable and public relations activities.
